Abit about me...
Alittle while back..............I looked at my life and honestly thought ‘this can’t be it’. I had climbed the career ladder, I was in a job that I no longer felt connected to; my confidence and worth were non-existent and I was very deep into self-sabotage. On the outside, I was successful. But on the inside, I felt stagnant and knew something was missing. I was constantly in search of something more…but I had no idea what that was. Neither did I believe that I deserved this ‘more’.
This pattern repeated itself, until I started investing in inner-work, therapy and a life coach. Then it started changing for me...reprogramming myself from the inside out. With the help of my Coaches, I transformed my mindset, created new and empowering beliefs; which gave me clarity on exactly what I did and did not want. And confidently started designing the life of my dreams.
As a Mindset and Business Coach, this transformation is what I want you to experience. To believe that you were created with intention, purpose and to be limitless. To believe that you are capable of showing up as your best and limitless self.
We do this together through coaching, accountability, encouragement and sometimes, some tough love!
